Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if you are not completely happy, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
 

To ensure your request is processed as soon as possible, you are responsible for the following:

  • Package your items securely and safely for protection during transit.
  • Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
  • Email your return request to online@digitalrevelation.co.za and include:
    • Your order number
    • Item you wish to return
    • Reason for return

Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay the processing of your refund request or result in the decline altogether.

 1.) I changed my mind about my order:

Should you change your mind about your order, you can return it to us provided that:

  • You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (after 7 days you may only return a product if it is defective).
  • It is undamaged and unused with the original packaging.
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts.
  • You pay a courier fee of R150.00 excluding VAT.

 
2.) I did not receive what I had ordered:

If a product is not what you ordered or not as described on the website, you can return it to us at no charge provided that:

  • You request a return with 7 days of receiving your order (after 7 days you may only return a product if its defective).
  • It is undamaged and unused with the original packaging.
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts.

 
3.) I received a damaged product:

  • If you received a damaged product, you need to notify us within 7 days upon receipt of delivery.
  • You can return the product to us at no charge and, if stock is available, we will replace the product immediately.
  • Should your product no longer be in stock we will credit your account.

 4.) I received a defective product:

  • A defect is material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product that makes it less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
    • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
    • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
    • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
    • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
    • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
    • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
